Choc-Chia Overnight Oats

Serves 4



  • 1C rolled oats
  • 1/4 C chia seeds (I used white)
  • 2 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 700ml milk (dairy or plant based)
  • 2 Tbsp rice malt syrup
  • 1 Tsp vanilla essence

Top with…

  • Blueberries
  • Buckinis
  • Hemp seeds
  • Coconut flakes
  • Edible flowers
  • Or anything else of your choice…


  1. Combine all ingredients (except toppings) in a large bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Divide between bowls and top with fresh berries, buckinis, hemp seeds,   coconut flakes and edible flowers.
