Choc-Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1C rolled oats
- 1/4 C chia seeds (I used white)
- 2 Tbsp cacao powder
- 700ml milk (dairy or plant based)
- 2 Tbsp rice malt syrup
- 1 Tsp vanilla essence
Top with…
- Blueberries
- Buckinis
- Hemp seeds
- Coconut flakes
- Edible flowers
- Or anything else of your choice…
Method
- Combine all ingredients (except toppings) in a large bowl and stir to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Divide between bowls and top with fresh berries, buckinis, hemp seeds, coconut flakes and edible flowers.
