RAW Broccoli & Buttermilk Salad
Ingredients
1/4 C almonds, toasted
1 head of broccoli, chopped into small florettes
1/2 C buttermilk
1/2 avocado
1/4 C raisins or craisins
Method
- Combine buttermilk and avocado in a small food processor and blitz until smooth
- Pour dressing over broccoli and stir to combine. Doing thins in advance and setting aside will soften the broccoli.
- Add toasted almonds and raisins. Stir to combine.
Try using blueberries for a pop of colour and antioxidant boost.
